Join us for our Second Annual Scruffy Roots Festival in a fun-filled day with local artists and vendors that represent Knoxville’s finest creative industry! There will be vendors across the market, axe-throwing from 2 - 6 PM, and of course, plenty of music paired with bounce-house for the kids!
