Rossini Festival

Knoxville Opera's free International Street Fair takes over downtown for a weekend: four outdoor stages with more than eleven hours of choral, opera, jazz, instrumental, gospel, chamber, dance, and international performance, hundreds of artisans, and local and international food. Saturday 10am to 10pm, Sunday noon to 7pm. Free admission, rain or shine.
Every year
Rossini Festival returns every year, typically mid April.
